Material/ Texture browser done in Python for Maya.
Load substance source materials, textures, and saved materials to the scene.
The window can go full screen to be able to see more materials,  and it can also be docked.
Window has zoom and search bar:
Load substance source materials from the user library (folder on disk):
Right-click over selected material will show a context menu where the user can choose to load material normally or use v-ray tri-planar.
Textures can be imported as a single texture file, or as a material, if it has multiple files like diffuse, transparency, bump, etc.
Materials can be saved to the library to be used in other scenes.
